We’re Expecting!
My husband Nathan and I couldn’t be happier that we have a baby on the way!!! I’m exactly 12 weeks pregnant today, and our baby is around the size of a lime. I started showing pretty early on in my pregnancy at around 8 weeks. Most likely because I’m on the smaller size, and my belly had no where to hide! My jeans are already starting to fit tight, so I’m excited I can finally start showing of my little baby bump. So far we’ve had one doctors appointment where we got to hear the baby’s heartbeat and in 9 days we will get to see our baby for the first time on a sonogram! Below you can get all the details on our Skeleton Family Halloween costumes that made for a fun pregnancy announcement!
Pregnant Skeleton
For my pregnant skeleton costume/pregnancy announcement I found everything I needed on Amazon! I purchased this maternity t-shirt in a size small, and these legging also in a size small. I finished my look with black and white sneakers I already had (similar here), and I used a black eyeliner pencil and black eyeshadow (also already had) to complete my look.
This Skeleton Family was a last minuet costume idea (I came up with it last week!), because up until now, I’ve felt too sick to care about what we would wear this Halloween. LOL Thankfully Amazon has 2 day shipping and this outfit came just in time! I’m exactly 12 weeks today, and feeling much better. I still have bad days, but they’re becoming fewer and farther between.
A few days ago we hosted a Halloween Party and letting my Halloween costume do the announcing was perfect! A super fun way to share our happy news.
Devil Dog Costume
This year we got a dog harness Halloween costume for our dog Sydney. It’s so easy to snap on and attach a leash to. Perfect for walking your dog around on Halloween! PetSmart sent Sydney this harness to try out, so he was ready for Halloween WAY before we were this year! The red really pops against his white fur, and depending on the rest of your family’s Halloween costumes this devil harness would make a great dragon too! This black and white skeleton bat costume is also super cute.
Men’s Skeleton Costume
My husband chose this unisex onesie for his Halloween look. He said the onesie was super comfy and fit true to size. We did find T-shirts that matched mine with funny pictures in the stomach instead of a baby. Things like pizza, beer, burgers, etc. You can check out a few of them below.
It’s been so much fun seeing and hearing everyone’s reactions! We are over the moon excited and I can’t wait to share more of this new adventure with you! And incase you were wondering Baby Brady is due May 15th 2023! Happy Halloween!!!
