THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 5TH
I love this time of year when the weather cools off just a bit and I can start wearing my fall/winter clothing with summer pieces. I usually wear this sweater dress with boots but the weather is still nice enough to wear it with sandals. This sweater dress/sandal look was perfect for a cool evening out to dinner with some friends.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7TH
This morning was spent at Fira boutique for a blogger meet up. We usually get together every other month and I always meet someone new (which I love!) and learn something I didn’t know before. This meet up Caroline showed me how to add my Instagram pictures to my Pinterest account, so now I have a board on Pinterest dedicated to my IG pictures!

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH
Today marked our 11th wedding anniversary as well as our 1st Friday the 13th anniversary together! Some of you may remember I asked for your dinner suggestions on Instagram and you didn’t disappoint! Places like Nando, Kofusion, Biaggi’s, Farren’s, Naya, & Sakanaya. I shared the suggestions with my hubby and let him decide which one he wanted to go to. He chose Sakanaya on campus and it was delicious! We loved their sushi (that came surrounded by flames) so much we defiantly plan on eating there again.

Saturday morning Nathan and I visited our local Gordmans to shop for fall clothing for an upcoming blog post to celebrate their 17 new stores that will open on the 17th! SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH
Sunday’s are busy as always between our 8am photo shoots, church, and then writing my outfit blog post for Mondays, but I still try to end my day with some one one time with Nathan before the work week starts up again. That’s one reason why I didn’t have a blog post ready for tomorrow. Instead I’m trying to work ahead from now on and not just finish the night before. Current’y I’m working on 4 blog posts and hopefully I can finally get out of that cycle of writing one post each week.

This weeks post featured an outfit purchased entirely from Gordmans! For my last outfit post of September I shared my tips on styling biker shorts. I’ve always loved this trend and was excited to find a pair at a local boutique. I’m already planing out my airport outfit for our trip to the Bahamas this Nov. and I plan to wear these shorts if it’s not too cold out by then.

On Saturday my husband and I went downtown to shoot images of this Chicwish sweater (blog post coming soon!) and to get shots of these Sudio earbuds.
