Although NY Fashion Week is over I now feel so inspired for the fall season ahead! During NY Fashion Week I’m always most excited to see the street style looks anyone else? After a recent shopping trip to my local Gordmans I decided to put together my own outfit worthy of the streets of NY during Fashion Week.

Before I start breaking down this street style outfit inspired by NY Fashion Week I wanted to share some exciting news with you. OVERSIZED CHUNKY SNEAKERS
Oversized white chunky sneakers were seen all over NY fashion week and I can’t believe I snagged a pair at my local Gordmans for only $16! I plan to wear them with everything from dresses to active wear to jeans like I did here. Also, I’ve never worn a more comfortable shoe! They feel like I’m walking on a cloud and my feet are so excited for this comfortable trend.
TRENCH COATS
When it comes to fall fashion a stylish trench coat is a must! This London Fog trench coat is a classic and will easily elevate any outfit. I love the length, tortoiseshell buttons, and waist cinching belt. I’m sure I’ll reach for this jacket again and again all season long.
SWEATER WEATHER
With fall comes the excitement to wear cozy sweaters again! This white sweatshirt by Cupcakes & Cashmere couldn’t be any softer, plus I was so excited to see clothing from a fashion bloggers line at Gordmans! I’m always pleasantly surprised by what brands I’ll find while shopping there.
OVERSIZED TOTE BAGS
Another trend I’m excited about are giant carryall tote bags the bigger the better! The simple design of this canvas tote with leather straps makes it easy to style all season long. Plus, with our upcoming trip to the Bahamas this November, a giant carryall will come in handy when traveling and it can easily double as a beach bag.
VINTAGE INSPIRED DENIM
When it comes to denim slightly faded shades are currently trending with a long straight-leg vintage-inspired fit. I love this pair by Vigoss and appreciate how Gordmans had a designer jean section for easy shopping.
