Since Christmas is tomorrow what better time than now to talk about what I prefer to wear on holidays.

For holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas I like to keep my outfit cute, but comfortable since we spend most of the day hanging out with extended family.
It can be tricky to get the combination just right, but thanks to all the recent cozy trends it’s easier than ever to look pulled together while staying comfortable. Cozy trends I’m loving right now are open back and off-the-shoulder sweaters, teddy coats, distressed dimin, and ankle boots.
Teddy Coat
I recently picked up this teddy coat during all the black Friday sales (It’s still on sale!) and it couldn’t be more cute or cozy! Investing in a new coat each year (while they’re on sale) is a great way to build up a nice collection. I love having several coats to choose from to add to the overall look of my outfit. Not only are teddy coats popular right now, but they are so soft and cozy. Perfect choice for this time of year!
Statement Earrings
Thanks to the recent statement earring trend I’ve discovered a love for earrings. Now I don’t leave home without them! These earrings are large enough to make a statement but simple enough for everyday wear. The gold and rose gold versions are still available.
Sweaters
A pretty sweater with a fun detail (like the bows on the back of my sweater) keeps this outfit from being too simple, but still comfortable for a day spent relaxing with family. I also love this v back one, this twist back one, and this off-the-shoulder one.
Combat Boots
Combat boots are an easy way to add a little edge to any outfit without trying too hard. These boots come in 4 colors and are an inexpensive way to try out this new trend.
Distressed Denim
I love wearing denim and distressed black denim has been my go to recently. I also love leggings and joggers, all of which are comfortable and when paired with a nice sweater are incredibly cute. These quilted joggers are so unique and I love a good pair of high waisted tummy-control leggings.
