The weather around here has been bouncing back and fourth between summer and winter. On warmer days like today I love taking advantage of the nice weather by paring shorts with sweaters.  

Red Sweater

This Zaful sweater is one of my new favorites that I purchased earlier this year. I love the bright red color, the lantern sleeves, and the mock turtleneck. I’m sure it’s going to look great with boots and jeans this winter, but I love paring it with shorts now while I still can.

Box Bag

This pearl embellished box bag by Vendula London is so fun! They make the cutest bags and since this one has a lot going on I kept the rest of my outfit pretty simple. This box bag features pearls on the cross-body strap as well as the front of the purse, gold detailing, and little crowns for the zipper pulls. Since I’m petite the cross-body strap was a little too long for me so I tied the top of the chain in a knot. I also have worn this purse as a clutch by removing the strap completely. Shorts

I picked up these white shorts earlier this summer from American Eagle. I love the midi length, the cuff at the bottom, and the color. They make for a great basic short to pare with just about anything. You can see how I styled them with a kimono this summer here.

Mules

Mules have become one of my favorite shoes to wear during the fall. These Target shoes I got last year, but you can find similar versions here and here. I recently went back to Target this year for the fax fur mules and they have been so comfortable to wear! The faux fur mules were the prefect shoe to travel in for my recent Fashion Panel trip.
