With spring just around the corner I’m already looking forward to warmer weather, but if you’re like me and it’s still a little cold where you are, get my tips on how to layer your spring favorites while staying warm.

Layer Your Cropped Cardigans
Cropped cardigans and high waisted jeans are a popular combination right now, but if it’s still too cold to wear them where you are, try layering your cardigan like I did here. I layered mine with a long light gray sweater to complement the pastel blue cardigan.
Throw On A Baseball Cap
Baseball caps, also known as dad hats, are another creative way to add layers and warmth to any outfit. They’ll not only keep your head warm, but give your outfit a laid back playful vibe. Just match your hat to your sweater for an unexpected combination.
Wear Gloves
If I’m going to be out for a longer period of time I’ll throw on a pair of fingerless gloves. I’ve been wearing these gloves all fall and winter long and I’m obsessed with them! Not only do they keep my hands warm, they make it easy to use my phone, and they’re adorable too.
Layer A Jacket Over Your Look
If you still need an extra layer of warmth throw a jacket over you whole look. As the weather warms up my jackets get lighter and lighter. This one works great because it’s large enough to wear over bulky sweaters.
Update Your Accessories
I have some tried and true purses I like to carry every spring including this blue one (similar here). Not only does it match my sweater and hat perfectly, but it’s a breath of fresh air after all the neutral bags I’ve been caring this winter.
Wear A Stack Of Bracelets
I haven’t worn a stack of bracelets in a while since my arms are mostly covered in bulky sweaters and coats. I’ll typically wear stacks of brackets come warmer months when it’s too hot to layer with clothing. These pastel pink and white bracelets with gold charms have been fun to wear now in anticipation of warmer weather.
