To be honest I wasn’t quite sold on the embroidered boot trend. I ran across these boots on sale and passed on them. They were cute and a good price, but not quite my style. When I came across these Express boots (only $12 at my local Gordmans) I decided to go ahead and give them a try.
Pulling from the colors in the shoes (they seem to mach just about anything!) I paired them with this oversized maroon sweater. I love the ballon sleeves and boat neck that’s perfect to wear as an off the shoulder top for another styling option. This sweater is still available in light pink, and similar here, and here.
Love the thick chunky heels on these ankle boots! The floral design makes them so unique and I like that the patter is only on one side of the boots, keeping them from being too busy. Similar boots here, here, and here.
Statement purse are so popular right now and this one from Modmopolitan is unique (thanks to the shape of the purse & the handle) enough to make a statement while still simple enough to wear everyday.
