Several weeks a go a girl in my youth group (my husband and I are the youth leaders at our church) encouraged me to do a #ootd (outfit of the day) post for what I wear to church on Sundays. After a week or two of posting an #ootd image on instagram I’m starting to think it might not be such a bad idea to do a weekly blog post too. Plus, I’m hoping it will encourage me to step up my photography, blog, and fashion game.
The location for this shoot is one of my all time favorite spots (my husband proposed to me here almost 7 years ago Nov. 2007), so it seemed fitting for my husband and I (he’s my photographer) to start this new adventure together here.
