It’s back to school time! Although this year might look a LOT different for most, one thing is probably true for just about everyone. More screen time! From watching tv, to shopping online, to working and/or learning from home.
When I noticed an increase in my screen time back in March, I decided to order my first pair of blue light glasses. Typically I get headaches from too much screen time and now that I’m in front of a screen almost all day every day blue light glasses have been a life saver for keeping my head pain free.
What They’re Good For
Besides headaches, blue light glasses are great for protecting your eyes from harmful blue light, eye strain, blurry vision, dry eyes, damage to the retina, and can even help people who have trouble sleeping after viewing a screen too close to bedtime.
I’ve been collecting and wearing blue light glasses over the past 6 months and below I’ve listed some of my favorites, plus none of them are more than $20!

These amber colored rectangular frames are a classic. The’ll match just about anything so I wore them with an all black outfit to really show them off. Plus, they give off a vintage vibe that reminds me of the glasses my mom used to wear when I was a kid.
