Thanks to a weekend getaway in Chicago and a week long stay in the Bahamas this month has just flown by! I can hardly believe Thanksgiving is this week. Today I’m sharing all my thoughts on what to wear for Thanksgiving dinner from formal to casual.

Midi Skirt
If you’re looking for an outfit that’s a little more unique but still comfortable I couldn’t recommend this skirt more. It can easily be dressed up or down, it’s less than $25, and it’s Amazon Prime so if you order now you’ll have it just in time for Thanksgiving day.
Shoes
When deciding what shoes to wear it all depends on how formal or casual your Thanksgiving dinner will be. For a more formal dinner I would suggest pairing your outfit with a classic pump like I’m wearing here. And for a more casual Thanksgiving dinner boots, mules, or even sneakers would complete just about any outfit. Plus, a more comfortable shoe is perfect for an after dinner walk or late night shopping spree.
Hair Accessories
Hair accessories are great for dressing up a casual outfit, or adding the finishing touches to a formal one. Not only that, but hair accessories will keep your hair in place while you enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving meal with friends and family.
This set of two tortoise barrettes could be worn so many different ways and will match just about anything. Clip them both to one side, or clip one to each side of the head for a 90s inspired look. I also love these pearl embellished headbands that come in a pack of 4 different colors for less than $12! And if you’re looking for a little something extra this hat will do just the trick.
