Winter may be one of my least favorite seasons, but one thing I’ve always loved about winter is all the fun accessories! Love layering on accessories like hats, scarves, and gloves just to name a few.
Outfit Details: Madewell Turtleneck, Banana Republic Blazer (old last seen here), Gap Jeans (similar here), Essential Oil Diffuser Necklace, H&M Hat & Scarf (similar here), Dooney & Bourke Purse & Watch c/o, Express Boots (similar here) c/o Gordmans
I’ve always had a soft spot for beanies preferring to wear them instead of the hood that comes attached to most coats. When faux fur pom pom beanies started trending this fall & winter I couldn’t wait to incorporate them into my wardrobe. Besides this black hat I also purchased a cream one from H&M too that I wore here. Also love this double pom pom beanie, and this beanie that comes in several colors.
Tassel scarves are also having a moment this season. Love this one, this one, and this one (that comes in several colors). This beige scarf from H&M goes with just about everything and I love the way it pops against my gray & black outfit.
Since I’ve been suffering from a head cold I couldn’t help but layer in my essential oil defuser necklace that my Mom gifted me for Christmas. The smell alone helps keep my sinuses open and I’m love the 90’s vibe of a layered necklace over a turtleneck sweater. I also wouldn’t mind layering in this, this, or this necklace too.
This gray turtleneck has been one of my best purchases so far this winter. I’ve already worn it so many times in the last month (see here) layered under sweaters, by itself, and worn under a blazer like I did here.
What are some of your favorite winter pieces?

Adorable! I love it. I’ve been looking for a thick scarf but still stylish. I love how yours is a camel colored one, it’s easy to style with different fits. This is my first time going through winter (I’ve lived on an island up until 10 months ago lol) so I am struggling with this cold weather girl! Lol, my definitely least favorite season. Love how you put this outfit together!

Thanks so much Des! And I hear you! I’ve lived in the Midwest all my life but I still struggle with winter each year and I can’t imagine what you much be going through! Hang in there!
