Trying to find a way to elevate this basic navy hoodie (to keep from freezing on a cool day) I paired it with a similar shade of blue dress pants, and let the accessories take center stage. A designer handbag, gold watch, and jewelry all helped to elevate a rather basic hoodie and white t-shirt.
