High-Low Skirt In Jamaica

My husband and I recently got back from a Sandals resort located in Whitehouse, Jamaica. We chose this destination because of its remote location (located on the south side of the island), the large 2-mile beach, and breathtaking views. This happened to be our first vacation in three years (the past few years were spent saving up and moving into a new home) so we wanted to make it as relaxing as possible.

Our days started around 6am every morning giving us plenty of time to get dressed, slater on sunscreen, and walk the beach before breakfast. After breakfast at 7:30am we would find a hut on the beach and split our time between reading, swimming, snorkeling, and several water sports like…kayaking, paddle boarding, tubing, waterskiing, etc. We’d stay on the beach until evening, long enough to watch the most beautiful sunsets around 5pm before heading in to get ready for dinner. In the evening there would be some form of live entertainment. Our favorite happened to be a male opera singer who sang several songs from Le Misérable and Phantom Of The Opera.

Today’s look features a high-low skirt paired with a breezy cotton top (last seen here) that made for a fun/unique swimsuit cover-up. The rest of my outfits from Jamaica will be posted each day this week excluding Thanksgiving day.
