Every item for sale had to be made from recycled materials. For those of you who don’t know much about the I.D.E.A. store it’s a place to donate and buy all kinds of items for craft projects. They have everything from golf balls to fabrics to maps. Some of you may recognize the fabric I used for my aprons. Back in July I discovered the I.D.E.A. store and blogged about my purchases here.
The most popular item was my hand dyed ombre t-shirt scarfs I sold all of them! I have never dyed anything before and I was so pleased with how they turned out. My other items for sale were aprons made from an IKEA curtain panel, magazine envelopes, coasters, pot holders made from mens clothing, and boxes and gift bags made from catalogues.
Thanks to everyone who came out and supported us!
